Called by our customers a mini-automatic polisher – the automatic polisher is an alternative to the knee-type arm polisher. The machine can be used in many ways, making work in the stone industry much easier. It is equipped with a vertical table, thanks to which we can process elements up to 70 cm thick. Polishing elements cut “in an arc” is also not a problem, thanks to the use of a special head it is possible.
The construction of the machine is stable and very solid. The cast iron spindle maximizes the power and efficiency of the machine. The polisher is produced in two control versions. Each version has a side grinding mode on both axes.
The basic version works in a field of four limit switches. We process rectangular elements on it, possibly with a small deviation. It is possible to equip the machine with an 8-position control box to make work easier.
The extended version is enriched with a touch operator panel. In this version, the machine gives us the ability to polish several plates with one machine programming. Additionally, we have the option of polishing shaped plates in a convex polygon.
