The application of paint coating is an integral process in the production of our machines. Keeping in mind the operation of our machines under harsh stonemasonry conditions, we have opened our own powder coating plant along with a shot-blasting chamber. This allows us to control the production process of our machines from start to finish, thereby increasing the range of our services.
Paint shop
Our paint shop is equipped with a polymerization oven with dimensions of 9200cm x 1800cm x 1700cm, top and bottom transport, which gives us the ability to paint heavy weight parts.
Blasting chamber
Surface preparation for powder coating is a very important process. Proper surface preparation gives us confidence that the paint coating meets the highest standards. Thanks to our booth, we can abrade elements by shot blasting.
